About the role#
FAIRWINDS Credit Union is looking for a Mortgage Services Intern to support our Mortgage Lending team. You will gain hands-on experience in a professional lending environment by assisting with daily operations, documentation, and quality control. This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week in the office.
What you'll do#
- Review mortgage documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet quality standards.
- Process Verification of Mortgage and Verification of Employment requests.
- Prepare, organize, and mail mortgage documents for members and third parties.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Mortgage Lending team.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior academic standing.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Location & details#
- Location: Orlando, Florida.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week, running through January 11, 2027, with flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
