About the role#
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting recruiting initiatives, candidate engagement, and talent attraction efforts. This role provides exposure to the recruiting process and talent strategies within the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with campus recruiting, employer branding, and recruiting events.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to recruiting projects, reporting, and talent pipeline development.
- Participate in intern training, networking events, and professional development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Pursuing a major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
