About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain practical experience by supporting HR professionals across various departments. You will work on strategic initiatives and projects while learning how human resources functions within the financial services industry. This is a paid, full-time summer 2027 opportunity based in Pittsburgh.
What you'll do#
- Support HR teams in areas including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development.
- Develop experience by working on a variety of HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Complete assigned project work and rotate through relevant departments.
- Perform financial or qualitative analysis and credit risk mitigation tasks as required by your specific assignment.
- Participate in intern networking events and corporate training opportunities.
What you'll need#
- You are officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- You are pursuing a major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- You hold a high school diploma or GED.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as F.N.B. Corporation does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
