About the role#
We are building a next-generation engineering and operations ecosystem where AI assists developers, testers, and operations teams in running large-scale systems. This internship focuses on understanding complex engineering problems and designing better ways to solve them. You will work within a team that treats AI as a partner in the development process.
What you'll do#
- Build an engineering and operations ecosystem using AI.
- Design improved methods to solve technical problems.
- Develop AI-assisted software and implement intelligent automation for operations.
- Perform observability and incident analysis.
- Write process documentation to help improve operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or Masters program on a full-time basis.
- A minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning fundamentals including Regression, Classification, Time-series, and Transformers.
- Proficiency with Scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
- Ability to break ambiguity into clear steps and learn through experimentation.
Location & details#
- Location: Plano, Texas.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 60% of time (3 days per week) in the office.
- Employment Status: Full-time paid internship.
