About the role#
We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our team in Columbia, Missouri. This role supports our Legal and Real Estate departments by organizing, standardizing, and digitizing contract data within our Contract Lifecycle Management system. You will gain hands-on experience with legal operations and enterprise data governance.
What you'll do#
- Upload and organize real estate contracts and related documents into the system.
- Review contracts to extract key metadata like lease terms, critical dates, and obligations.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of contract data to support business reporting.
- Support data cleanup and standardization initiatives by organizing file structures.
- Execute compliance-related tasks to ensure records align with company standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for Excel experience.
- An interest in legal operations, real estate, or contract management.
- Familiarity with document management or contract lifecycle management systems.

- This position is based on-site in Columbia, Missouri.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
