About the role#
EquipmentShare is looking for an Electrical Engineering intern to join our home office in Columbia, Missouri. This position is available for the Fall 2026 term, with the potential to extend through Winter 2027 and Summer 2027. You will work directly with our engineering team to support project coordination and technical planning.
What you'll do#
- Organize project schedules and maintain documentation to keep tasks on track.
- Gather and analyze project data to identify risks and potential bottlenecks.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for project managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Assist with planning activities, including design reviews and project sessions.
- Read schematics and provide support during new product introductions.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a BS degree program for Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills.

- This role is located on-site in Columbia, MO.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
