About the role#
We are looking for a Fleet Allocation Specialist intern to join our team at our headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. This role focuses on the logistics and coordination required to keep our branch inventory stocked and ready for construction projects. You will work closely with our regional managers and suppliers to ensure our fleet is managed efficiently.
What you'll do#
- Allocate equipment from open orders to specific branch locations.
- Coordinate logistics with suppliers to ensure shipments arrive on time and are accurate.
- Follow up daily with manufacturers and local branches to track that attachments are received and serialized.
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing manufacturers.
- Respond to requests from regional and local teams for new fleet assets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong drive and the ability to make intelligent, independent decisions.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in data analytics is preferred.
- Prior internship experience, as well as knowledge of the construction or agricultural industries, is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Columbia, Missouri.
- The position operates on a rolling basis.
