About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in executive search and leadership advisory. You will work as a generalist, supporting live client assignments across various industries and functions. You will collaborate with researchers and consultants to learn how to assess markets, identify leadership talent, and support complex business decisions. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and a capstone project.
What you'll do#
- Support live executive search assignments through industry research, market mapping, and candidate identification.
- Build and refine target-company and candidate lists.
- Analyze information to support search strategy and team discussions.
- Prepare draft internal and client materials, including profiles and research summaries.
- Participate in internal team meetings and observe client-related conversations.
- Build relationships with research and consulting mentors.
- Complete structured onboarding and a capstone project that addresses a real business need.
What you'll need#
- Current college junior status.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Initiative and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
