About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in executive search and leadership advisory. You will work as a generalist, supporting live client assignments across various industries and functions. You will collaborate with researchers and consultants to learn how the firm assesses markets and identifies leadership talent. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and a capstone project.
What you'll do#
- Support live executive search assignments through company research, industry analysis, and market mapping.
- Identify potential candidates and build target-company lists using firm resources.
- Analyze information to support search strategies and team decision-making.
- Prepare draft internal and client materials, such as research summaries, profiles, and presentations.
- Participate in internal team discussions and observe consultant or client conversations.
- Build professional relationships with mentors and colleagues across the firm.
- Complete structured onboarding and training modules.
- Deliver a capstone project that addresses a real business need.
What you'll need#
- Current college junior status, entering senior year after the program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- Initiative and professional conduct.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks, June to August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment: Full-time, paid at $25 per hour.
