About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in executive search and leadership advisory. You will join as a generalist, supporting live client assignments across various industries and leadership topics. Working alongside researchers and consultants, you will contribute to search execution while learning how teams assess markets and identify leadership talent. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and a capstone project designed to produce a practical, reusable output for the firm.
What you'll do#
- Support live executive search assignments through company and industry research, market mapping, and candidate identification.
- Build and refine target-company and candidate lists using firm resources.
- Analyze and synthesize information to support search strategy and team discussions.
- Prepare draft internal and client materials, such as research summaries, profiles, and presentations.
- Participate in internal search-team discussions and observe consultant or client-related conversations.
- Build professional relationships with research and consulting mentors.
- Complete structured onboarding and training modules.
- Deliver a capstone project that addresses a real business need.
What you'll need#
- Current college junior status, entering senior year.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in understanding leadership.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment regarding confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Initiative, professionalism, and adaptability.
- Willingness to ask questions and seek feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks, June through August).

- Employment: Full-time, paid position at $25 per hour.
