About the role#
This internship provides hands-on exposure to executive search and leadership advisory. You will join the program as a generalist and support live client assignments across various industries and leadership topics. Working alongside researchers and consultants, you will learn how teams assess markets and identify leadership talent. The 10-week program runs from June to August and includes structured onboarding, training, mentorship, and a capstone project.
What you'll do#
- Support live executive search assignments through company research, market mapping, and candidate identification.
- Build and refine target-company and candidate lists.
- Analyze information to support search strategy and team discussions.
- Prepare draft internal and client materials, including research summaries and presentations.
- Participate in internal search-team discussions and observe consultant or client-related conversations.
- Build relationships with research and consulting mentors.
- Complete a capstone project that addresses a business need.
What you'll need#
- Current college junior status.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Intellectual curiosity and strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment regarding confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Initiative and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
