About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in executive search and leadership advisory. You will work as a generalist, supporting live client assignments across various industries and leadership topics. The program balances project work with structured training, mentorship from research and consulting teams, and cross-practice shadowing. You will finish the summer by completing a capstone project designed to address a real business need.
What you'll do#
- Support live executive search assignments through industry research, market mapping, and candidate identification.
- Build and refine target-company and candidate lists.
- Analyze and synthesize information to support search strategies and team discussions.
- Draft internal and client materials, including research summaries, profiles, and presentations.
- Participate in internal team discussions and observe selected consultant or client conversations.
- Build professional relationships with mentors and colleagues.
- Complete structured onboarding and training on firm tools and search execution.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current college junior entering your senior year.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3 is required.
- You must have U.S. work authorization.
- We look for intellectual curiosity and strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- You should have clear written and verbal communication skills.
- You must demonstrate attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- You should be able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- We value initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

- This is a full-time, paid internship at $25 per hour.
- The program runs for 10 weeks from June through August 2027.
- The work modality is hybrid.
