    About the role#

    Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a Legal Intern to support the Risk Management Department at our global headquarters in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. This role offers exposure to corporate, transactional, and litigation matters within the rotating equipment industry. You will work alongside legal professionals and gain hands-on experience through individual projects, team activities, and job shadowing.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist lawyers with corporate governance, compliance, and contract matters.
    • Conduct research on various legal and compliance issues.
    • Draft Nondisclosure Agreements and corporate governance documents.
    • Review and draft sales and purchasing contracts.
    • Summarize pleadings, depositions, and litigation documents.
    • Participate in company and customer meetings.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a JD program, having completed your 1st or 2nd year of law school.
    • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

    Location & details#

    • This is an on-site internship based in Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
    • The term is for Summer 2027.
    • You must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for the twelve-week duration.
