About the role#
As a Project Management Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects that deliver energy to our customers. You will work alongside project managers and teams to gain hands-on experience in the utility industry. This role involves contributing to projects within our Transmission or Coal Combustion Products organizations, which handle infrastructure maintenance, system upgrades, and environmental remediation.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Coordinate meetings and support stakeholder communications.
- Identify and track project risks and action items.
- Monitor project performance metrics and progress updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Graduation date no earlier than August 2027.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week.
- Valid driver's license for some positions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
