About the role#
This summer internship provides exposure to corporate fixed wing and rotor wing operations, utility rotor wing operations, and unmanned aerial systems. You will work within our aviation services organization to support flight operations, aircraft maintenance, and general management tasks. This is a full-time, paid position based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Greet passengers and attend to their travel needs.
- Support flight operations, scheduling, and dispatch duties.
- Review aviation reports for accuracy and file flight logs.
- Perform hangar inspections and assist with minor maintenance or cleanup.
- Handle back office functions, including inventory management and receiving shipments.
- Assist with flight planning, weather review, and logistics for flight crews.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year degree program in an aviation related discipline.
- Must not graduate before August 2027.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to starting.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Travel: 5-15% travel required.
