Leadership Rotation Network Intern

About the role#

As a Leadership Rotation Network (LRN) Analyst Intern, you will work directly within a middle or back-office team, such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Product Control, Credit Risk, Project Management, Business Management, or Finance. Over this 10-week summer internship, you will contribute to team objectives and gain in-depth knowledge of how trading functions work together. You will receive mentorship from an experienced professional, participate in a 5-day market fundamentals course, and engage in a speaker series to deepen your understanding of the industry.

• Lead projects and participate in daily processes to gain insight into team operations.
• Analyze situations, develop solutions aligned with strategic goals, and respond to feedback.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and the role of middle and back-office functions.
• Collaborate effectively within diverse teams and build professional relationships.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Basic proficiency in Python, including experience with pandas, CSV/JSON files, and API interaction.
• Ability to write intermediate SQL queries, such as JOINs, CTEs, and PIVOT.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, pivot tables, and macros/VBA.
• Strong organizational skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Work authorization in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship with an annual base salary of $90,000.
• Housing: Fully furnished apartments are provided near the office.
