About the role#
As a Delivery Senior Consultant, you will join the Human Capital team to help higher education clients implement and manage Workday Student Financials. This role operates within our center model, providing specialized services while maintaining a local office presence.
What you'll do#
- Support the functional area lead through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and process changes.
- Analyze current student records processes to design future-state workflows.
- Serve as the primary liaison between university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Student.
- 3+ years of experience configuring Workday higher education modules, such as Financials, Financial Aid, or Records.
- Active Workday Student Financial Aid certification.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The role follows a hybrid work model. You must reside within a commutable distance of Gilbert, AZ, Lake Mary, FL, or Mechanicsburg, PA.
- You will spend up to 30% of your time co-located at your assigned office for team sessions and training.
- Travel for client or project purposes is capped at 10%.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
