About the role#
Deloitte is hiring an Analyst for the Government & Public Services practice. This position focuses on business analytics to help public sector clients, including government agencies and nonprofit organizations, address complex challenges. You will work on strategy, operations, and technology initiatives to improve mission outcomes. This is a full-time, paid internship for Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
- Transform data into actionable insights using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Conduct research, statistical analysis, and data management to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to solve multidimensional problems and improve performance.
- Provide clear guidance to others and work independently or as part of a team.
- Support strategy, operations, and transformation efforts for government clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date by December 2026, or completion of a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Academic background in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Work modality is hybrid.
- You must reside within a 100-mile radius of your assigned office.
- Ability to travel 50 percent on average based on client and project needs.
