About the role#
Wonder is a team within Deloitte focused on building and scaling new businesses. As an Analyst, you will work alongside founding teams to bring business ideas to life. This role involves turning visionary concepts into successful ventures by tapping into the resources of the broader firm.
What you'll do#
- Source new business ideas.
- Build strong business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Validate business concepts through market research.
- Gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and innovation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program related to Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A passion for emerging technologies and tracking trends in disruptive startups.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to adapt to challenges and meet high expectations.
- Proficiency in early-stage company financials, including market sizing, financial modeling, and pricing strategies is an asset.
- Prior experience as a founder is considered an asset.

- Term: Winter 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Locations: Toronto, ON; Calgary, AB; Vancouver, BC.
- Compensation: $48,500.00 - $55,000.00 annually, with eligibility for the bonus program.
