About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our consulting team for the Winter 2027 term. You will support our work in financial modelling and due diligence, creating data-driven insights for our clients. This role is a full-time, paid position that offers hands-on experience in a small, growing team. You will work independently to solve problems and contribute to real client projects.
What you'll do#
- Build complex financial models covering capital structure, client operations, and full financial statements.
- Create quality of earnings databooks and reports for companies involved in M&A processes.
- Perform in-depth research on markets, industries, and companies to produce reports and presentation decks.
- Analyze financial and operational data using spreadsheets to provide actionable insights to management.
- Develop automated Key Performance Indicators dashboards to identify and track business trends.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a business program, specifically 2nd year or above.
- Strong computer literacy with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about new industries and business models.
- Ability to manage your time, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.
- A strong work ethic and dedication to team goals.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. The team is in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the remainder of the week worked remotely.
- Term: Winter 2027.
