About the role#
This summer internship offers graduate students a look into the life of a strategy consultant. You will work on small teams to address business challenges for real clients. The program includes mentorship to help you reach your professional goals. You will also participate in social events with senior leadership and your peers. At the end of the 10-week program, you will present your work to the firm.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on small teams with real clients.
- Solve pressing business challenges.
- Manage Business Analysts.
- Present your project work to the entire firm.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an advanced graduate degree program such as an MBA, PhD, or MPA.
- An exceptional academic record and grade point average.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to think independently and work well within a team.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for complex ideas.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ambition and leadership in academic or professional settings.

- Locations: Salt Lake City, Utah and Washington, D.C.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10-12 weeks).
- Employment: Full-time and paid.
