About the role#
Deloitte is hiring for Winter 2027 internship positions within our Technology teams. This is a full-time, paid opportunity offered in a hybrid work format. You will work across various internal departments to gain experience in IT operations, project management, and emerging technology delivery.
What you'll do#
Your responsibilities will vary based on the specific team you join. You may be involved in:
- Providing IT service management and support to employees, including technology deployments and client-facing sessions.
- Supporting the software development lifecycle, including system analysis, testing, and research.
- Assisting the Project Management Office by tracking financials, managing RAID logs, maintaining compliance documentation, and administering the ServiceNow Projects module.
- Working with the Infrastructure team on datacenters, servers, applications, networks, and audio/video technologies.
- Contributing to the delivery of solutions in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation.
- Collaborating with the Technology Business Management team to analyze technology spend, support forecasting, and create executive-ready presentations.
- Monitoring system performance and supporting incident management processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and unified communications.
- A team-player mindset with the ability to be adaptable, innovative, and action-oriented.
- For applicants in Quebec, basic English skills are required to support clients outside the province.
