About the role#
The Value Advisory team drives revenue by showing customers the value of Dayforce. You will work with a team of experts in management consulting and value selling. This role supports both the Value Advisory Center of Excellence and customer-facing teams. You will help with demand generation, deal execution, and value realization projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist in discovery sessions with prospects and customers.
- Document customer objectives.
- Build executive-ready presentations, including board decks and commercial proposals.
- Help create business cases, strategic roadmaps, and messaging to address client challenges.
- Partner with value advisors to design strategies for sales execution.
- Contribute to internal methodologies and refine team practices.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or Master’s program in Business, Commerce, Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint to create clear presentations.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a proactive team player.
- Proficiency with AI tools.
- Experience with financial modeling or business case development is a plus.
- Familiarity with value selling methodologies or the HCM industry is preferred.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to April 2027).
- Modality: Remote.
- Status: Full-time (37.5 to 40 hours per week).
- Compensation: CAD 21.54 to 25.64 per hour.
