About the role#
The Value Advisory team drives revenue by demonstrating the value of our platform to customers. You will work alongside experts in management consulting and value selling to support both the Center of Excellence and customer-facing teams. This internship provides exposure to demand generation, deal execution, and value realization activities.
What you'll do#
- Participate in prospect and customer discovery sessions to document objectives.
- Build executive-ready presentations, including board decks and commercial proposals.
- Assist in the creation of business cases, strategic roadmaps, and messaging that addresses specific organizational challenges.
- Partner with value advisors to design strategies and support sales execution.
- Contribute to the advancement of internal methodologies and processes.
- Help refine value advisory practices and develop messaging and positioning strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or Master’s program in Business, Commerce, Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
- Analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking.
- A proactive approach to teamwork.
- Proficiency with AI tools.
- A strong interest in technology and strategy.
- Bonus points for experience with financial modeling, business case development, or familiarity with the Human Capital Management industry.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Modality: Remote.
- Status: Full-time (37.5 to 40 hours per week).
- Compensation: CAD 21.54 to 25.64 per hour.
