About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site for 35 hours per week. The program focuses on retail store management within the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas. You will work alongside store managers to learn how to lead teams and run daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience leading a retail team.
- Partner with store managers and retail leaders to learn management best practices.
- Support daily operations, including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real store opportunity.
- Present your project findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Learn to analyze business performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program, specifically in Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- A flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in retail store management.
Location & details#
This role is located in various cities across California, including Brea, Monterey Park, Anaheim, Buena Park, Montebello, Pico Rivera, Whittier, Costa Mesa, La Mirada, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Placentia, Los Angeles, Fountain Valley, Pasadena, Alhambra, and La Habra. This is a full-time, paid position.
