Pharmacy Intern

About the role#

As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will play a key role in delivering patient care, managing pharmacy operations, and supporting the overall health of customers. This role requires regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

• Deliver exceptional care to each patient while modeling company values.
• Support patient health through the adoption and management of patient care programs.
• Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues.
• Facilitate a team culture that promotes energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
• Assist with patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory management, and workflow management.
• Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
• Perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and utilizing finger dexterity for typing and handling items.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Possession of, or active progress toward, a valid intern or technician license.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and designated timeframes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Part-time, rolling term.
• Compensation: $20.75 - $25.25 per hour.
