What you'll need#
You must be enrolled in an academic program that requires a clinical experience. Before starting, you are required to complete an Immunization Summary and a Tuberculosis Screening Questionnaire. You also need to finish student orientation and sign training documents, including a confidentiality statement and an acknowledgement of HIPAA training. A valid Affiliation Agreement from your educational institution must be on file before you begin.

This position is located in Rochester, Minnesota. It is a part-time, paid role with rolling start dates. Work is performed on-site.
