About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. This position allows you to apply your education while delivering care to patients. You will focus on patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance while gaining professional experience in a retail setting.
What you'll do#
- Deliver exceptional care to each patient and display empathy and compassion.
- Manage patient care programs to support health outcomes.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to foster a culture of energy and pride.
- Align team members around the company purpose.
- Assist with inventory and workflow management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

- This is an on-site, part-time position located in Worcester, Massachusetts.
- The role is paid and follows a rolling term.
