About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of accounting within the commercial real estate industry. You will work with multiple teams to support client accounting and property management functions, gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
What you'll do#
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Analyze, prepare, and post journal entries.
- Prepare financial statements and reconcile them for accuracy and audit compliance.
- Review and resolve client accounting issues.
- Provide responsive customer service to internal and external requests.
- Assist with office administrative tasks, including sorting mail, monitoring supply inventory, and covering the front desk as needed.
- Support management with special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, with a preference for juniors and seniors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to new tasks.
- Prior experience in accounts payable or receivable is preferred.

- Compensation: $17.85 - $21.00 per hour.
