About the role#
As an EIC GOS Central Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry. This program provides exposure to daily business operations, mentorship, and professional development. You will work on meaningful projects, participate in a speaker series, and receive guidance through bi-weekly mentor meetings. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
- Assist with daily business activities and address day-to-day inquiries.
- Follow established procedures and systems to meet quality standards.
- Review, reconcile, and help resolve client concerns with management support.
- Track project timelines and milestones.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports.
- Partner with managers to support departmental goals and collaborate with fellow interns.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver a final presentation to local leadership.
- Build expertise through on-the-job training and observation.
What you'll need#
- Current college or university junior or senior standing.
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A record of providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work as both an individual and a team player.
- A reliable, self-starting, and detail-oriented approach to work.
