About the role#
The Studio Internship program provides hands-on experience in a professional recording studio environment. This part-time role is designed for students seeking to apply their educational training to practical, real-world projects. Interns report directly to the Studio Manager and Engineer.
What you'll do#
- Support studio sessions and assist clients with tasks or errands as needed.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold professional etiquette.
- Complete projects as directed by studio management.
- Maintain a positive and effective approach to all assigned responsibilities.
What you'll need#
- Educational training in audio engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of Pro Tools and Logic Pro X.
- Proficiency in pitch editing software, specifically Antares Autotune and Celemony Melodyne.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot equipment and signal flow.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Location & details#
- Location: Los Angeles, California (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Commitment: 10-20 hours per week, with 1-2 days per week in the office.
- Eligibility: This is an unpaid internship for current students receiving academic or program credit. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
