About the role#
This internship provides an 8-10 week development experience for college students. You will explore the insurance industry and the CRC Group organization to assess your interest in this career path. You will work with various teams to expand your insurance knowledge and support company goals.
What you'll do#
- Learn about insurance, industry workflows, and specific organizational divisions.
- Build analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal training.
- Complete special projects that assist your department.
- Finish all assigned training modules.
- Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns.
- Receive regular feedback throughout the program.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain professional composure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Interest in pursuing a career in insurance services.
- Previous work experience or internship.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Leadership aptitude.

- This is an on-site, part-time, paid position.
