About the role#
Cintas offers a temporary internship program to provide a broad understanding of our business and the professional services industry. You will rotate through various departments to gain practical experience and build your professional skill set.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hands-on training across different business areas.
- Interact with multiple departments to observe daily operations.
- Improve your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Experience in a previous internship or co-op role, specifically in sales, customer service, production, or administration.
- Leadership or management experience in campus or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.

- Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- Work schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
- Status: Paid, on-site internship with a rolling term.
