About the role#
This internship provides college students with an 8-10 week development experience. You will explore the insurance industry and the structure of our organization. The role offers a chance to assess your interest in a career in insurance while gaining business insight. You will work with various teams and contribute to the goals of the organization.
What you'll do#

- Build analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through learning opportunities.
- Complete special projects and assignments to assist your department.
- Finish all prescribed training programs.
- Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns.

What you'll need#
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a data-related field.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain professional composure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in pursuing a career in insurance services.
- Previous work or internship experience.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
