About the role#
This internship offers an 8-10 week development experience for college students. You will explore the insurance industry and the organization as a whole to assess your interest in this career path. You will work with various teammates across different entities to gain business insight and support company goals.
What you'll do#
- Learn about insurance, industry workflows, and specific organizational divisions.
- Build analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal training.
- Complete special projects and assignments to support departmental missions.
- Finish all required training modules.
- Network with senior leaders, experienced colleagues, and fellow interns.
- Receive regular feedback on your performance throughout the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in pursuing a career in insurance services.
- Previous work or internship experience.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude.

- Location: Shrewsbury, New Jersey.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
- The role is paid at $22.00 per hour.
