About the role#
This internship provides a broad look at our business and the professional services industry. You will rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations. The program combines hands-on training with regular interaction across various teams to help you build your professional skillset.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program covering all areas of the business.
- Gain exposure to multiple departments to learn how our operations function.
- Develop your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Availability to begin work within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities is a plus.

- This position is based in West Chester, Ohio.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
