About the role#
This internship provides a broad look at the professional services industry and our business operations. You will rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of how we function. The program combines hands-on training with cross-departmental collaboration to help you build professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program covering all areas of our business.
- Interact with multiple departments to learn about different roles and functions.
- Develop your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in Sales, Customer Service, Production, or Administrative roles.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position located in Milford, Ohio.
- The role is offered on a rolling basis.
