About the role#
This internship provides a broad look at our business operations and the professional services industry. You will rotate through different departments to gain a complete understanding of how our company functions. The program focuses on hands-on training to help you build professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Participate in training across various business areas.
- Work with different departments to learn how they interact.
- Build your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related major.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with using the internet and company intranets.
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities.
- Availability to start work within two weeks of accepting an offer.

- This role is based in Eagan, Minnesota.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
