About the role#
Cintas offers a temporary internship program in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. This role provides broad exposure to the professional services industry and our internal operations. You will rotate through various departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of our business model.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hands-on training across multiple departments.
- Develop skills in leadership, organization, time management, and professional communication.
- Gain practical knowledge of how our business functions on a daily basis.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Ability to start the position within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Preferred experience includes previous internships or roles in customer service, sales, production, or administration, as well as leadership experience in campus activities.

- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pleasant Hill, IA.
- The internship is paid.
