About the role#
As a Sales Tools & Technology Intern, you will support initiatives that improve the tools, technology, and processes used by our sales teams. You will work across business and technology teams to understand user needs, analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery and adoption of solutions. This role is focused on helping sales teams work more effectively through better technology and process management.
What you'll do#
- Partner with business and technology teams to understand user needs and support solutions from concept through implementation.
- Analyze sales tools, technology, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support reporting and analysis to measure tool adoption, performance, and business impact.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and translate business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations.
- Support testing, implementation, and adoption of new sales tools and technology.
- Create training materials, presentations, documentation, and communications.
- Support project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic initiatives that improve sales team efficiency and customer experience.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- A 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization, technology, or project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- An interest in sales technology, business processes, program management, analytics, or customer experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.
- Relevant internship, academic project, work, or leadership experience.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina.
