About the role#
As a Quality Assurance Engineering Intern, you will learn the core concepts and methodologies of software quality assurance. You will work alongside our delivery teams to ensure software applications are defect-free and meet all functional requirements. This role provides direct exposure to the software development lifecycle while you gain hands-on experience with modern testing tools and frameworks.
What you'll do#
- Review and validate software requirements and functional design specifications.
- Audit documentation to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
- Execute, update, and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Track test coverage and defect metrics.
- Troubleshoot and triage software issues.
- Report defects or design flaws using bug tracking systems.
- Document and escalate issues to project teams and developers.
- Write and organize test review documentation.
- Assist managers and colleagues on selected projects.
- Develop progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
