About the role#
As an Organizational Effectiveness Intern, you will work at the intersection of people, business, strategy, and technology. You will explore how jobs, teams, and organizations function in an AI-powered world. This role involves exposure to workforce transformation, organization design, and talent strategy.
What you'll do#
- Research talent, leadership, and future-of-work trends to translate them into practical insights.
- Support organization design, workforce planning, and strategic talent initiatives.
- Create tools, templates, playbooks, and project plans to help bring programs to life.
- Analyze information to identify patterns and develop recommendations.
- Build presentations that make complex ideas clear for leaders.
- Experiment with approved AI tools to speed up research and content development.
- Collaborate with HR and business partners on enterprise-level challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Curiosity about AI, technology, talent, and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, including experience with presentations and relationship-building.
- Ability to adapt and navigate changing situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research.
- Familiarity with analytics, data visualization, or generative AI tools is a plus.

- Compensation: $22.02 to $33.08 per hour.
