About the role#
As an Operational Trade Marketing Intern, you will join our Canadian team to support the bridge between brand strategy and sales execution. You will report to the Operational Trade Marketing and CMI Team Lead while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain departments. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Lead the national display strategy from start to finish.
- Develop display plans in collaboration with marketing partners.
- Manage alignment and secure approvals for display initiatives at all levels.
- Oversee updates to the plan and consolidate data for national and account reporting.
- Conduct regular promotional reviews with National Account Managers.
- Facilitate national sales release meetings.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Sales.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
- Demonstrated sales potential and a strong interest in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid financial and business acumen.
- Ability to analyze data to create fact-based recommendations.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- A creative eye and the ability to think outside the box.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (up to 50% remote).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: Base salary of $36,608 CAD.
- Additional Benefits: Summer Fridays and gym reimbursement after 6 months of continuous employment.
