About the role#
The Technical Learning Solutions (TLS) team at Corteva Agriscience is looking for an intern to help translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, learner-centered content. You will work with scientists and technical experts to organize information and create effective learning experiences. This role is based in Indianapolis and is a part-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Translate scientific information into engaging, accessible content.
- Partner with subject matter experts to determine the best ways to deliver information.
- Design and develop learning materials, job aids, guides, and digital learning experiences.
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to help with knowledge retention.
- Create graphics, diagrams, and infographics to support learning.
- Use AI-assisted tools and other technologies to improve content development efficiency.
- Support projects through the full lifecycle of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Contribute to communication initiatives that support business and innovation goals.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Communication, Communications, Science Communication, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong interest in content design, instructional systems design, and knowledge transfer.
- Ability to analyze information and organize it for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and content development tools.
- Strong written communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or AI-assisted content tools is preferred.
- Experience creating educational resources or presentations is preferred.
- An interest in science, agriculture, or technical content is a plus.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- You must be able to relocate to Indianapolis for the duration of the internship.
- This is a part-time, paid role.
