About the role#
The Consumer Marketing intern position offers a practical look into marketing strategy and execution at Commerce Bank. You will work with a variety of owned and paid media channels to help attract new customers and deepen existing relationships. This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate how our team uses AI and recommend ways to integrate these tools into our current processes.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Coordinate and implement tasks across a variety of marketing programs.
- Help with results reporting and analysis for email and paid digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to understand their strategic direction and analysis.
- Research competitor marketing strategies and product insights.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of an Associate or Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Basic proficiency with AI tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive, inquisitive, and agile mindset with the ability to ask questions and offer solutions.
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient in various situations.
Location & details#
- Location: Clayton, Missouri.
- Term: 11 weeks, starting May 18, 2027, and ending July 30, 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with two days per week in the office.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
