About the role#
Bridgewater Bank is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Summer 2027 Intern Cohort. This full-time, on-site program immerses students in banking operations and provides exposure to corporate projects. You will apply your academic knowledge to real-world tasks while contributing to our marketing efforts.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Marketing team with daily tasks and operations.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal and external communications.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets and collateral.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
- Collaborate with employees on innovative initiatives.
- Attend departmental meetings to learn about strategic decision-making.
- Lead individual projects and present your work to the Intern Cohort and leadership teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year bachelor degree program for Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish as a self-starter.
- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing event materials, logistics, and communications.
- Strong reasoning skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confidence in delivering presentations to various audiences.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
