About the role#
We are looking for a full-time intern to join our Marketing and Events team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Chicago to support our event logistics and marketing strategy. This position involves hands-on project work, including travel to support out-of-town client events and conferences.
What you'll do#
- Assist with end-to-end event planning for conferences, client dinners, and corporate meetings.
- Support regional meetings, webinars, and trade association events.
- Use Cvent, Attendee Hub, and Salesforce to build websites, apps, and email campaigns.
- Help manage our presence at various trade association events.
- Coordinate logistics for product education forums.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status or higher at an accredited four-year institution.
- A GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce, Cvent, and Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
