About the role#
Ixonia Bank is hiring a Marketing Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Ixonia, Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to support various bank initiatives and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Prepare marketing materials and provide administrative support for bank departments and programs.
- Manage promotional material inventory and distribute items for branch promotions.
- Process mailings and write correspondence for various mailing programs.
- Design and write content for direct mail, email campaigns, brochures, and other collateral.
- Update and maintain website and social media content.
- Coordinate bank events like ribbon cuttings, parades, and school events alongside branch managers and employee volunteers.
- Assist with special projects and other marketing duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Marketing program or a related field.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Aptitude for learning and working with databases.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent proofreading abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with bank management and directors.
- Understanding of federal and state banking laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of the banking industry is preferred.
