About the role#
Ixonia Bank is hiring a Loan Operations Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Ixonia, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
You will support the loan operations team by processing new loans and renewals. Your daily work includes maintaining financial statement files, filing recorded documents, and managing insurance information. You will handle Participation Loans by processing payments and loan advances. You will also review loan documents, balance daily GL loan accounts, and mail loan notifications. Additionally, you will close out paid loan files and assist with Business Online Banking setups and customer inquiries.
What you'll need#
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and math skills
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential records
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred
- Experience with Gulf Pak Loans, Census Traks Plus HMDA, and Bank Manager software is preferred
- 1-2 years of banking or loan experience is preferred
- Current pursuit of a degree in Finance or Business Administration
