About the role#
This full-time internship offers students an opportunity to gain corporate experience within the Marketing team at Bridgewater Bank. You will work on internal and external events while contributing to team projects and initiatives. The program runs from May 25, 2027, through August 20, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning and executing summer events.
- Support event operations including vendor coordination, set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Manage promotional materials, including inventory, pre-event packing, and post-event organization.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on various tasks and projects.
- Participate in departmental meetings to observe strategic decision-making.
- Lead individual projects and present your work to the Intern Cohort and leadership teams.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior status in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program for Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to manage projects from beginning to end.
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding event materials and logistics.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confidence in delivering presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Reliability and accountability.

- Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position at $22 per hour.
- Benefits: Includes 2 paid holidays and PTO accrued in compliance with Minnesota law.
